The Google Fit app gathers health data from your Android devices such as an Android phone or an Android smartwatch. The app may already be installed on some Android devices. If it is not installed, search for "Google Fit" in the Google Play Store and download it.
After completing the myFHR Android app registration, you are asked if you would like to share Google Fit data from your device. Touch "Yes" to allow access. Allowing access imports your Google Fit data into myFHR, allowing you to view more health data in one convenient place.
Google Support provides information about using the Google Fit app on Android devices.
After allowing access, use the resulting "Data Sharing" screen to enable the data you would like to share with myFHR, and then touch the Google Fit back button to complete the data sharing set up.
You can change your preferences at any time by selecting the app's "More" tab, and then touching "Google Fit."
Use the resulting "Data Sharing" screen (the same screen as the first screen shown above) to change your preferences.
